Unlocking Your Emotional Eating

Break free from emotional eating and the negative thought processes that cause you to eat junk and then feel bad about it

Enroll

Do you find yourself reaching for a chocolate bar when you are stressed - only to then feel terrible afterwards?

Do you feel like you need to stop eating junk when you feel down or hurt, but you just can’t stop and you aren’t sure why?

I’ve been exactly where you are – most people have at some point. I get it.

During my last semester of grad school, I was on a first-name basis with the afternoon Domino’s delivery guy in our area (hey, Ian!). I was at home full-time on a grant, desperately trying to write a dissertation.

I was lonely, stressed, terrified, and full of Domino’s Cheesy Bread and Lava Cakes. All I could bring myself to do daily was write for a bit, watch bad TV, and eat. I gained a degree and 20 pounds at the end. I hardly recognized myself, and that put a damper on what I’d accomplished.

Have you been there?

Imagine what it would be like saying “NO” to your emotional eating the next time you go through a tough time or feel stressed.

My Unlock Your Emotional Eating mini course is going to help you do just that.

This is a 5-part fully online program specifically focused on:

  • Uncovering your emotional triggers and knowing how to listen to them to prevent binge eating
  • Learning how to eat mindfully to listen to your body and what it needs
  • Discovering your food triggers to create an actionable plan for success
  • Understanding the benefits of healthy substitutes and how to be prepared for your emotions to hit
  • Breaking free from restriction and the negative thought processes that causes you to eat junk and then feel bad about it

As part of the program you will have access to videos, challenges, and supplementary content like:

  • Course Workbook – An 11-page workbook to kick-start your healthier eating habits that also includes the “Gradual But Great 7 Day Goal Planner.”
  • Mood and Food Journal – Use this to discover the moods that are linked to the foods you eat on a daily basis. This is the key to understanding and unlocking your emotional eating!
  • Taming your Triggers Workbook – We’ll discover new ways of using our triggers in a healthier way.
  • Healthy Substitutes Recipe Book – My top recipes for transitioning out of emotional eating so you don’t have to add finding recipes to your already stressful life!
  • Release Your Restrictions Guide – Use this guide to understand how to rid yourself of restriction for good.

Your content is available to you as soon as you enroll, and you maintain lifetime access to it, giving you all the tools you need to push through your emotional eating barriers.

On top of that you will also have access to me personally for any questions that come up. I will be available to answer any questions and guide you through your own personal journey.

Let me ask you this…

  • Do you ever eat when you’re not really that hungry?
  • Do you find you eat more when you’re stressed?
  • Do you sometimes eat to feel better?
  • Do you get sudden cravings for particular foods often?
  • Have you ever rewarded yourself with food?

If you answered yes to only one or all of these just know that we all use food to deal with emotions and stress, but that is okay! I am going to help you understand WHY you do this so you can finally be in control of your eating patterns. I did it, and I want you to feel that freedom, too.

This program is for you if you want to:

  • Finally break free from your food triggers
  • Start having a healthier relationship with food
  • Be supported by someone who’s been there to finally kick the cravings

Who am I and why should you listen to me?

My name is Dr. Kelly Morgan, and I am a health coach, professor, and health motivation expert. I’ve been featured in places like Self, Thrive Global, Healthyway, SheKnows, and on multiple podcasts.

In case you’ve never heard of me <horrified gasp>, here’s why I’m uniquely and firmly qualified to tell you everything you had ever wanted to know about conquering your emotional eating.

I have Ph.D. in Health Communication and am a certified health coach, personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist, fitness instructor, and yoga instructor.

Those pieces of paper are great, but what is really important is that I’ve been where you are...and everywhere in between.

I have recovered from anorexia, gained too much weight in a time of stress, and lost the weight to get to a happy place, finally. I know what it takes to find balance while fulfilling the seemingly endless work, academic, family, social, and personal commitments we all have.

I have worked with hundreds of busy, high-achieving clients and students looking to lose weight, eat better, improve their fitness, be more energetic, and reduce their stress. I’ve helped them go from struggling to having a plan they stick to to reach their health goals. They’ve seen immediate success, and take an average of 2-3 months to fully reach their goal.

I started Tsirona because I was sick and tired of people struggling with reaching their health goals and not finding a solution because of the amount of junk information out there that is either flat wrong or isn’t actionable.

I’ve worked with hundreds of clients and students for a near 100% success rate.

These are some of these things they’ve said about working with me:

“Kelly really cares! She’s so patient and interested in making this work for me.” - T.M.

“Thanks for helping me with this weight loss goal. I’m going to wear a bikini for the first time when I go to the beach this summer!” - K.K.

“I didn’t think I could do it. I almost quit a few times. You were right about making sure my plan fit in with my schedule because I would have completely failed otherwise.” - S.M.

“I hated how embarrassed I was of my body. You helped me understand that getting stuck in that thinking isn’t helpful and won’t get me to my goals.” - L.T.

“I can’t believe I lost 17 lbs and it didn’t suck. Thank you!” - R.A.

Are you my next success story?

A Letter from Kelly

Your Future Coach

I’ve been where you are. Stressed, reaching for pizza, donuts, and anything else that crossed my path. I ate my feelings. My decision to create this course and help others came from a place of understanding. I want you to be free of the emotional eating cycle where you feel bad, eat to feel better, and then feel worse after eating. I did it, and I know you can too.

We may have just met, but if you seek my help with this course, you will always have my commitment to not only be your partner and coach, but to always speak with complete honesty about how you can set goals and make the health changes you want to, whether it’s weight loss or something more. Positive self-image as well as health are about the continual work that you do on yourself, the ever-evolving masterpiece. I’m right here beside you...pushing aside the donuts.
